Mental well-being, college, and employment should be attainable goals for every young girl but unfortunately, many BAGC girls have numerous obstacles to overcome based on bias, prejudice, discrimination, racial stereotyping, gender inequity, and more.
BAGC squares off with these issues through innovative programming and services. Our Take Care of You program, for girls ages 6-11, provides mental well-being support and training. GETT To Work, for girls ages 11-18, teaches the employment skills needed to thrive to today’s workforce. College Bound Girls, for students ages 15-18, helps prepare high school girls continue to college through college research, application assistance, school visitations, and more.
